Providing varied levels of personal training and fitness development, Denise’s approach to health and wellness is specific to the needs of the client. She has adopted a lifestyle of healthy living for more than 20 years and has been a certified personal coach since May 2006. Her own personal fitness accomplishments include several 15-16 km races, Tough Mudder in Barrie, ON, September 2013 and she has held the national record for Power Lifting in Canada (April, 2015).
Her experience working with beginners to the more advanced fitness enthusiasts, along with her keen sense of people and passion for fitness, gives her a wide range of knowledge to share with others and has allowed her to excel as a health and wellness coach.
Not only has Denise committed to a lifestyle of health and wellness for the rest of her life, but she has also made it part of her mission statement and purpose in life to influence as many people as she possibly can live more healthy, happy and productive lives.
Her approach to fitness is based on current industry techniques and she continues to update her education. Denise is a believer in keeping it fresh, fun and intense and most of all believes her clients can succeed with proper guidance and training.
Some of Denise’s personal fitness interests include weight training, biking, running, snowshoeing, swimming, downhill skiing and hiking. She also enjoys reading for personal development, traveling, interior design and spending time with family and friends.
